About Us
NEXTSTEP FOUNDER/CEO:
NextStep Habilitation LLC founder and CEO Dennis Campbell has been working with individuals with developmental disabilities for the past 15 years and with various agencies in Phoenix, Tolleson, Peoria, Glendale and surrounding areas. Since 2007, when Dennis started as a group home Manger working with behavioral adults at Springbrook Homes, Dennis learned quickly to manage the day to day operations in the group home and developed a real skill for developing staff. Later, Dennis would take on such roles as Program Coordinator, Assistant Director, Program Director, HCBS Program Manager, Trainer (NEO, Article 9, First Aid and CPR) and ADH/CDH Licensing Specialist. Dennis has written Behavior Building Plans for both adults and children and has volunteered on PRC boards in West, Central and East valley. Dennis has experience working with DDD Support Coordinators and Department of Child Safety Caseworks. With all the knowledge and skill gained over the years, Dennis felt it was time to start his own agency NextStep Habilitation LLC, to provide the much-needed care and services to individuals and their families.
Mission:
Our mission at NextStep Habilitation is to provide services in Arizona for families and individuals with special needs by focusing on enhancing both their skills and abilities. With an emphasis on Habilitation, our priority is to assist individuals in meeting future goals with in the home, day program or work environment by providing the necessary tools in becoming a productive and contributing citizens.
Vision:
NextStep Habilitation will provide individuals with developmental disabilities a positive and safe environment which will enable them to achieve and maintain skills needed to reach their goals.
